This policy explains what happens if you miss a class, workshop, or event you're registered for at Saskatoon Clayworks without cancelling in advance.

 

No-Shows

If you miss a class, workshop, or event without cancelling beforehand, this is treated the same as a cancellation made within 4 days of the start date under our [Cancellation Policy](https://www.saskatoonclayworks.com/policies/cancellation-policy) — no refund or credit is issued.

 

Make-Up Sessions

While a missed class isn't refunded, you're welcome to attend a make-up session. See our [Make-Up Classes Policy](https://www.saskatoonclayworks.com/policies/make-up-classes-policy) for details on cost and how to book one.
