This policy outlines our cancellation rules for classes, workshops, and events booked through www.saskatoonclayworks.com. Workshops follow the same rules as classes.

 

Classes & Workshops

• Full refund
  Cancel more than 2 weeks before the class starts and receive a full refund, minus a $20 admin fee.
• Class credit
  Cancel between 2 weeks and 4 days before the class starts and receive a credit toward a future class. No cash refund.
• No refund or credit
  Cancellations within 4 days of the class start date are not eligible for a refund or credit.

 

Events

• Full refund
  Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your event. No questions asked.
• Late cancellation
  If you cancel less than 24 hours before your event, any payment made will be refunded minus a $100 fee.

 

Cancellations Made by Saskatoon Clayworks

If we need to cancel a class, workshop, or event (for example, due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you either a full refund or a transfer into a different session, where one is available.
